Nigerdock Receives ISO 9001:1008 Certification

Nigerdock Nigeria Plc, Nigeria’s premier offshore fabrication facility for the oil and gas industry has been awarded the ISO 9000:2008 Certification. Nigerdock is the first Nigerian Company to be certified to this level, as it was achieved in less than one year ahead of target date for companies to be certified under the new 2008 standard.

According to a statement by the company, the award is a testimony to the company’s commitment to excellence and its application of global best practice and standards.

ISO 9001 is a group of internationally respected standards for quality management systems. The ISO 9001:2008 provides a number of requirements which an organization needs to achieve customer satisfaction through consistent products and services which meets customer expectations.
