Overview

Jagal Group is a major operator in the oil & gas industry in Nigeria and the West Africa region. Over the past 20 years the Group has grown significantly in the upstream sector and has established highly successful operations and joint ventures. Jagal’s diverse oil & gas activities include exploration & production, FPSO leasing and operations, marine terminal services, subsea engineering, fabrication and offshore logistics. Most of our operations are managed through Group owned and operated companies, while others are through strategic partnerships.

Jagal is the core investor and operator of Nigerdock Nigeria Plc, a leading oil & gas services company supporting the Nigeria EPCI projects. Nigerdock’s capabilities include fabrication, shipyard services, maritime support and industrial training. Through Nigerdock, Jagal has also established an offshore logistics base and sponsored the establishment of Snake Island Integrated Free Zone. Today, Snake Island’s attributes encompass all the required services and amenities that are essential to support West Africa’s deepwater projects all within a one-stop-shop.
